I have purchased multiple home furnishing items from Wayfair over the past 12 months. My very first purchase was a Floor Lamp, one I had priced locally and found on Wayfair for less than half the retail cost. When the Floor Lamp arrived, it had shipping damage. I immediately contacted Wayfair who had a team pick up the Floor Lamp the next morning and they had a new one in my house within a week. To ensure that the replacement was in good condition, they provided in home delivery at no cost. Everything was perfect and we love this Floor Lamp.
I really enjoy using this Latitude Run Aldana 71" Torchiere Floor Lamp. I have this Floor Lamp in another color, and I asked for it now for my friend. It was a great purchase from the moment I saw it! I ordered online and I'm very happy with it!

They work hard to make things right, I am very articular about things and if I am not happy with an item I buy online I expect the same service as I would get from a local store. If you call customer service you will be satisfied with results every time.
This may have changed over the years but as of present, wayfair customer service has been absolutely phenomenal to work with. They've issued me credits even when I did not ask for one. They're available to chat most of the time as well.
